I have the right to deny a commission if I'm either uncomfortable by it or if I realize I can't draw it.

Please send clear image references, the more references the better the result for me and you!

PAYMENTS

Payment upfront, I can do 50% first and 50% later if the client asks me!

Additional fees could apply to:

-Complex characters

-Rushed orders

-Commercial use

REVISIONS

You may ask for any changes during the sketch and coloring phase without fees, any larger changes may require additional ones.

I’m ok with making minor modifications on the final stage without charging, within reason of course.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

The time of delivery will depend on how complex your drawing is, I usually take from 3 to 7 days. I'll always keep in touch througout the whole process in case that time goes up!

USE

You can use it for:

-Icons, banners, wallpapers, or personal use

You cannot use it for:

-Feeding it into AI

-Claim it as yours

-Reselling

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights belong to the creator, unless it's a commission for commercial use. Do NOT feed my art into AI since I don't agree with it's use.

I don't remove my signature for my art, I always put my signature in very low opacity for clients so it's very difficult for others to see. I could only remove it if it's a commercial use one.

REFUNDS

I am able to refund it fully if I haven't started the commission yet, or won't be able to work on it.

No refunds are allowed AFTER the artwork has already been finished and delivered to the client.

COMMUNICATION

I will do my best to always have open communication with my client. If something doesn't look right to you and you want to change something on the drawing, talk to me. Don't wait until the last second to ask for a big change!
